These rules apply to the project brief, pre-launch waitlists and direct contact with JustServices.

Data controller

The data controller is the owner of JustServices. Contact: kontakt@justservices.eu.

Data collected

The project brief processes contact details, technical project context and inquiry content. Product waitlists process an email address and selected product.

Purpose

Data is used only to handle requests, prepare a response, protect forms from abuse and communicate about the selected product.

Processing services

Requests are sent to an internal team channel through a Discord webhook. We do not sell data or use it for unrelated marketing campaigns.

Retention

Data is retained for the time required to handle the request, collaboration or waitlist and for any period required by law.

You can request access, correction, restriction or deletion by contacting kontakt@justservices.eu.
